Overview of Fiber Project

Laguna Woods Village is upgrading its aging coax Internet and TV service to an all-fiber network. The conversion is taking place over the 2025-2026 timeframe.

This new service will provide up to 2,000 Mbps symmetrical uplink/downlink service to the entire community inside Laguna Woods Village.

There is no formal “collection” program for your old cable modem or router. They can be taken to either Staples or to the Irvine Recycling Center.
