To reduce confusion on your home networks, it is recommeded to unplug your West Coast Internet equipment (cable modem and router) and only use the Ting network.

Keep this equipment around and don’t cut your internet service with West Coast Internet until told so by VMS later in 2026.  Just in case there is an issue with Ting during the construction and deployment phases.
